Customers who have continuing requirements for support of the retired Rogue Wave .h++ products may purchase Extended Lifecycle Product Support (ELPS) for select .h++ products and platforms.

Services
Offered Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MST, ELPS Support provides the following services:

• Product installation assistance
• Help with product issues involving implementation, operation, and functionality
• Problem isolation and identification
• Problem resolution and workarounds
• Error message analysis and resolution
• Up-to-date information on product compatibility, restrictions, enhancements, and availability of fixes (limitations may apply)
• Unlimited access to our Knowledge Base
• Up to six months of migration assistance to SourcePro C++

Support Guidelines:

• We provide acknowledgement and classification of a problem after it has been received within one business day
• We provide an acknowledgement and classification of the problem within one business day from the receipt of the incident.
• Time zone differences may prevent speaking directly to a technical support coordinator
• Support is limited to the original source code provided with the product purchase. Any modifications or extensions of the original code are the responsibility of the customer.
• Support is limited to products installed and used with supported hardware, operating systems and compilers as published in the final product release for the .h++ product line as noted in the table below:

Any product or OS/Compiler combination not explicitly listed in the above table are not subject to support under ELPS.
